CPABA THERAPY, LLC is a growing ABA company located in Chesapeake and Suffolk, Virginia that specializes in providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our mission is to provide high quality care to our clients and their families through evidence-based practices and individualized treatment plans. We are expanding and will be offering additional services to both young children and young adult/adults with autism spectrum disorder and are looking for dedicated, compassionate, and talented behavior analysts to join our team.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will be responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, monitoring treatment progress, providing parent education, providing direct services, and supervising behavior technicians and registered behavior technicians. The BCBA will also collaborate with other professionals such as speech therapists or occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care for the clients.

Qualifications

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Licensed behavior analyst in the state of Virginia
Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis
Experience in Parent Education and Behavior Management
Master's degree in Psychology or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder is necessary
CPR certification
