As one of the most successful and innovative personnel service companies in Germany, we are looking for several MSB billing clerks (m/f/d) in full-time for our renowned client in Munich


Your tasks:
- comprehensive and correct processing of all processes assigned to MSB billing according to WiM - handling of clarification cases - timely, correct and complete billing of POG remuneration - clarification and response to all incoming inquiries and complaints from market partners and end customers for processing of returned mail - cleansing of data discrepancies in preparation for the migration from IS-U to S4Hana - cleansing of migration discrepancies - monitoring/recovery of claims and maintenance of open receivables from MSB billing Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and/or have several years of experience in billing
  • You have a good understanding of billing processes and are familiar with WiM
  • You have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • You have good communication skills and are able to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
  • You are proficient in using MS Office and have experience with billing software
  • You are able to work independently and in a team
  • You have a good command of German and English, both written and spoken
  • You are willing to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in the field of billing.
