Description

Your tasks:

  • Development of switching power supplies for high voltage applications in the power range up to 6kW
  • Circuit development of electronic assemblies
  • Practical application of circuit basics and corresponding standards
  • Creation of circuit diagrams
  • Circuit simulation with common simulation software (e.g. Matlab/Simulink)
  • Sizing and calculation of components for pulse loads
  • Calculation and design of inductive components
  • Calculation and construction of high voltage cascades
  • Technical coordination with the customer and development of the specification sheet
  • Commissioning of prototypes and small series
  • Internal technical support for colleagues

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in electrical engineering or comparable with several years of professional experience
  • Knowledge and experience in the switching behavior of transistors (MOSFET) and associated driver circuits
  • Mastery of parasitic effects and systematic optimization of losses and EMC behavior
  • Experience with requirements for PCB layout for suitable circuit implementation and construction structure while adhering to EMC requirements and sufficient heat dissipation
  • Good knowledge of common circuit topologies and their targeted selection depending on product requirements
