- ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC preferred

- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
- Previous management experience is desirable
- Basic knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology
- Ability to assess the needs of patients from infancy to the elderly and modify care appropriately

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Emergency Services Manager functions as a clinical expert in Emergency Nursing. In conjunction with the Director, supervises and evaluates members of the Emergency Department team. Manages the Emergency Department by assuring that necessary supplies, instrumentation, and equipment is available and maintained. Knowledge, understanding, acceptance, and support of the philosophy, objectives, and policies of the emergency department and the institution as a whole are essential.

TriStar Summit is a 200 bed comprehensive facility. We serve Davidson, Wilson and surrounding counties. We include a Level III Trauma Center. We offer a full array of acute care services. These include cardiology, oncology, orthopaedics/spine, rehabilitation and women's services. We are an Accredited Chest Pain Center with PCI. We are a Primary Stroke Center. TriStar Summit is a leading provider of emergency heart and stroke care.
