Description
Tasks:
- Technical responsibility for the objects to be maintained and ensuring the maintenance services agreed upon with our client
- Reporting, budget responsibility and control over the services provided
- Planning, organizing and controlling repair and maintenance work on building services systems and ensuring the technical operational readiness of the objects
- Supervision and coordination of external companies
- Disposition and professional management of employees
Your profile:
- Technical education, e.g. as a heating/air conditioning/ventilation systems mechanic, mechatronics technician, electrician or similar - further training as a technician or master would be ideal, but experienced journeymen or foremen are also welcome
- Interest in business-related topics and technical processes
- Ideally with professional experience, but also career starters with ambitions for further training are welcome
- Independent and structured work as well as confident appearance
- Good knowledge of German and a valid driver's license
