Description

We are looking for a machine and plant operator for metal and plastic technology in the Grover Beach area. In this position, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machines and equipment in production.

Responsibilities:

Operating, setting up, and converting production machines
Monitoring the production process and conducting quality controls
Troubleshooting machine malfunctions and performing minor repairs
Documenting production data and results
Complying with occupational safety and environmental regulations

Requirements:

Completed training as a machine or plant operator or a comparable qualification in the field of metal or plastic technology
Professional experience in operating production machines is desirable
Technical understanding and manual dexterity
Willingness to work in shifts
Independent work style, teamwork, and reliability
