Responsibilities:

  • Processing of export orders in compliance with respective country regulations, export regulations and prohibitions
  • Preparation of shipping documents and export processing documents (export declaration, EUR.1, certificates of origin, as well as other customs/bank documents and foreign trade documents) taking into account countryspecific requirements
  • Internal coordination of loading and shipping details, as well as communication with external logistics service providers, such as freight forwarders, shipping companies or carriers
  • Tracking of orders until final export confirmation by customs
  • Ensuring compliance with customs regulations
  • Obtaining proof for taxexempt deliveries
  • Processing of documentary credits
  • Invoicing
  • Communication with logistics service providers, freight forwarders and creation of transport orders
  • General monitoring of logistical processes and coordination with the finished goods warehouse for shipment coordination
  • Cooperation with authorities such as customs, chambers of commerce, emb
