Your Responsibilities:

Mainly providing telephone advice to customers, employers, social security providers, etc. on topics such as incapacity for work, continued payment of wages, sickness benefits/injury benefits/transition benefits
Handling all administrative tasks related to incapacity for work and sickness benefits/injury benefits/transition benefits, including reviewing preexisting conditions, checking eligibility for sickness benefits, calculating sickness benefits, and paying out sickness benefits
Processing garnishments, offsets, reductions, and reimbursement claims from external providers
Responding to inquiries from other social security providers and other partners
Processing cases related to child
