Your skills are needed for:


  • Carrying out all commercial work on construction sites, as well as conducting invoice checks, invoicing, and payment monitoring
  • Maintaining the subcontractor certification system
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly performance reports and supporting the creation of monthly cost targetactual comparisons
  • Maintaining the commercial digital construction file and creating commercial project status reports

You bring with you:


  • Successfully completed studies in business administration or a completed commercial apprenticeship, as well as further training as a construction business specialist (or similar)
  • Several years of professional experience in a comparable position are required
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and iTWO
  • Independent, organized, and dedicated work style, as well as teamwork skills
