We are looking for a head gardener (m/f/d) or horticultural technician or gardener with similar qualifications to join our production team in Starkville, CO.

Our company specializes in the cultivation of ornamental plants, perennials, vegetables, and herbs in our greenhouses. We are open to new ideas and constantly experimenting with new varieties and products in our production process.

In addition to supplying our own retail market, we also provide raw materials to nearly 50 other colleagues and wholesale clients.

As a family-owned business, we value short communication channels and strive for long-term cooperation with our employees. Your responsibilities will also include training and personnel management.


Key responsibilities:

  • Overseeing production operations
  • Managing and scheduling personnel
  • Coordinating plant shipments
  • Leading training programs

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a degree in horticulture or similar qualifications, or extensive experience in this field
  • Passion for the profession
