    Description

    Position: Office Department Manager

    Company: Lineage

    Lead a team of office department employees, overseeing general office tasks and customer service activities such as contract finalization and customer onboarding.

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supervise, train, and provide feedback to direct reports to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
    • Resolve daily customer service issues, including data entry errors and complaints
    • Coordinate with Operations Manager to streamline communication with the warehouse for timely truck turnovers and accurate goods handling
    • Manage record retention for bill of ladings, proof of deliveries, invoices, and accounting credits
    • Optimize office productivity through resourceful utilization of tools

    ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills
    • Ability to comprehend and apply company policies and procedures
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Effective conflict resolution skills for sensitive matters
    • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends if necessary
