    Description

    Are you an experienced Civil Superintendent specializing in heavy civil construction, eager to spearhead projects in the heart of Houston?

    We're on the lookout for a committed Heavy Civil, Paving, and Earthwork Superintendent to join our Houston-based team and play a pivotal role in shaping the region's infrastructure for the future.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and oversee heavy civil paving and earthwork projects, managing all phases of construction from planning to completion.
    • Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and timely delivery.
    • Enforce rigorous safety protocols on-site to uphold a secure working environment for all team members.
    • Provide hands-on leadership and mentorship to construction crews, fostering productivity and excellence at every stage of the project.
    • Maintain effective communication with project owners, engineers, and inspectors to address concerns, resolve issues, and achieve outstanding outcomes.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Extensive experience in heavy civil paving and earthwork construction, with a focus on paving, utilities, or earthworks.
    • Profound technical expertise in paving and earthwork processes, including grading, excavation, asphalt/concrete paving, or site development.
    • Strong leadership skills and clear communication abilities, capable of motivating and guiding teams toward project success.
