- 3 - 5 years of law firm Real Estate & Land Use experience, preferably in a sophisticated national law firm environment
- Expertise in real estate finance, acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, and other sophisticated commercial real estate transactions (both single asset and multi-asset)
- Experienced in drafting, communication, and have a thorough understanding of title, survey, and other commercial real estate due diligence
- Experience on the real estate aspects of renewable and conventional energy project acquisition and development is nice to have
- Strong academic record, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams
- Active member of Texas bar
