    PLEASE NOTE: This position will sit in either the Austin, Dallas or Houston of our AmLaw 100 client.

    About the Role: As a Commercial Real Estate Associate, you will engage in challenging assignments involving all aspects of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development. The practice offers a stimulating and intellectually engaging environment where you will handle complex transactions across the United States and internationally for a diverse clientele, including real estate investors, developers, financial institutions, and Fortune 100 corporations.

    Candidate Profile:

    • Experience: 3-5 years of substantial law firm experience in Real Estate and Land Use, ideally within a sophisticated national law firm environment.
    • Expertise: Strong proficiency in real estate finance, leasing, and development. Knowledge in handling complex, multi-asset commercial real estate transactions is preferred.
    • Skills: Excellent drafting and communication abilities, thorough understanding of title, survey, and other commercial real estate due diligence, and experience in the real estate aspects of renewable and conventional energy projects are advantageous.
    • Qualifications: Outstanding academic record, strong interpersonal skills, and the capacity for direct client interaction and collaboration across teams.
