About The RoleWe're looking for a Account Manager to join our team on a seasonal basis and assist with managing our top Corporate Clients.

As an Account Manager, you'll own and manage our larger national accounts and assist with a variety of back end administrative tasks.

You will also work with leadership to help enhance this new crucial function of the team. What You'll DoBuild, maintain, and expand relationships with top national clientsHandle and address incoming reservation requestsWork with Landing's Field Operations team to schedule move-ins, home inspections, and address occupant changesCompile Arrival Information for Corporate ClientsFollow up on outstanding balances from invoiced clientsCollaborate with Field Operations teams on addressing maintenance issuesAssist VP with special projects in order to further streamline our business processesWhat You NeedAbility to work in-office, 32 hours per weekPrevious customer service experienceStrong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at onceStrong communication skills, both written and verbalFearless, self-motivated and hardworkingAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgencyFluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
