V. has brought together all interested parties in the Bavarian dairy industry as a non-profit registered association.

Its main goal is to control and promote the quality of raw milk in Bavaria as a neutral testing facility.

The Milchprüfring Bayern e.
V. operates one of the largest accredited raw milk laboratories in the world at its location in Wolnzach. Based on a comprehensive quality assurance system, we provide important foundations for product and process quality for our customers. Representing the mpr externally and maintaining ongoing communication with customers, associations, standard setters, and authorities is mandatory.


Other tasks include:

  • Continuous process optimization in the laboratory and participation in innovations
  • Support of the management in the ongoing structural development of the Milchprüfring Bayern e.
V.

  • Maintaining accreditations according to the necessary standards
  • Planning and implementation of training and further education measures

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in agriculture/food technology or a comparable education
  • Independent, structured, and proactive way of working
