For our location
AGAPLESION BETHESDA HOSPITAL BERGEDORF, we are currently seeking a
Service Assistant (m/f/d)
for the ward kitchen
part-time, 25 hours/week.

AGAPLESION CATERING MITTE gGmbH is responsible for providing meals for patients of AGAPLESION gAG and operates the hospital cafeterias.

Your responsibilities:

Preparing and stocking work area
Presenting food offerings in the most visually appealing way while following hygiene guidelines
Cleaning and sanitizing work area
Providing hot and cold beverages
Sorting and preparing breakfast and lunch trays for different wards in the hospital, following prescribed dietary requirements
Conducting patient food surveys using inhouse kitchen software Medlinq on a tablet, while adhering to prescribed dietary requirements
Cleaning and maintaining ward kitchens according to HACCP standards
Conducting temperature checks according to HACCP standards

Working hours:
primarily between 6:15 am and 11:30 am
