- Collaborate with other teams to reconcile invoices, resolve discrepancies, and input invoices into ERP.
- Perform thorough 3-way matching of vendor invoices with purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in data, pricing, and payment details.
- Conduct vital research on vendor statements for unpaid invoices and payment issues.
- Address vendor and branch inquiries promptly, providing effective solutions.
- Analyze expense invoices, allocating payments to appropriate cost centers for branch approval.
- Manage material processing invoices, ensuring correct purchase order numbers and receiving documents for matching.
- Handle internal debits and supplier credits, tracking owed credits and ensuring proper application to vendor payments.
- Maintain vendor accounts and update information accurately and regularly.
- Provide administrative support for audits, compiling data and preparing reports.
- Assist with year-end inventory tasks, including data entry.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager.
- 2+ years of accounts payable experience
- Detail oriented, strong data entry skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
