• National distributor to the retail hardware industry (Orgill, Ace Hardware, True Value, Do it Best, Napa, Menards )
• We sell and service sku intensive categories to hardware stores, Farm & Ag Supply, Lumberyards, and Home Centers.
• Our differentiating service is using 30+ years of merchandizing experience to assist individual stores in effectively presenting and selling our product.
• Midwest Fastener is a family owned and operated business located in Portage, MI.
• Validating and entering incoming invoices and credits
• Entering expenses for payment from various sources
• Printing, separating, and mailing checks.
• Processing bank deposits
• Processing sales representatives' Commission
• Processing ACH and wire transfers
• 1099 Processing
• Processing monthly and quarterly rebates
• Other Misc. responsibilities.

• Associate degree required/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 12 years accounting experience
• Proficient in word/excel.
• Possess ability to multitask.
• Strong attention to detail
• Honest and trustworthy
• Quick learner
• Exhibit strong written/verbal communication skills.
