The MSP Recruitment Programme Management Specialist is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of MSP services in Paulsboro, NJ.

This includes managing client relationships and MSP resources, ensuring teams are meeting goals, assigning responsibilities for requisition coverage, and serving as the main point of contact for any issues that arise.

The main objective of this role is to ensure the continued success of the MSP programs.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with local hiring managers and handle their temporary recruitment requests.
  • Keep records and track information on recruitment agency performance and hiring manager requirements.
  • Conduct vacancy qualification meetings with hiring managers, brief thirdparty suppliers, screen incoming CVs, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding and contractor activities. Maintain positive relationships with clients and agencies.
  • Work across multiple countries in Europe.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any local issues with clients and agencies.
  • Monitor and ensure successful achievement of local service level agreements.
  • Provide statistical analysis support and perform other duties as needed by the client.
  • Collaborate with the customer to plan for future recruitment needs.
  • Use market data and a competitive bidding process to control costs for the client.
  • Adhere to SLA and KPI requirements and meet the expectations of NES.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively manage customer needs.
  • Experience with Vendor Management Services/Managed Service Providers.
  • Previous experience in the staffing industry.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Adaptability to work with different cultures and practices.
