Description
Your Responsibilities:
In addition to general front office tasks, you will also be responsible for organizing the back office and supporting our projects as part of a team with the following tasks:
- Scheduling and monitoring appointments
- Preparation and followup of conferences and meetings
- Handling correspondence
- Digitizing and managing invoices
- Project support in terms of documentation and revision
- Commissioning of subcontractor services, including reviewing offers
Your Profile:
- Successfully completed training in a commercial profession (e.g. office management or office communication)
- Previous work experience in the construction and real estate industry, as well as in project management, is desirable
- Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Word)
- Strong communication skills
- Very systematic, goaloriented, and independent work style
- Organizational and assertiveness skills
- Confident and friendly demeanor, as well as high resilience
