- Job Title: UX Project Manager
- Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid, 3-4 days a month)
- Duration: 6 Months Contract
- Hybrid/Remote: Hybrid, 3-4 Days a month
- 5-7 years of PM experience
- Design or UX Experience is a plus
- Strong business acumen
- Agile experience/certification
- Monitor UX timelines and project delivery
- Prepare Project Kick-off materials and lead kick-off meetings
- Develop high-level project milestones and detailed project plans
- Support in managing project backlogs, contribute to sprint planning and grooming
- Effectively communicate project plans, status, and critical issues to project stakeholders and sponsors
- Collaborate with Portfolio Managers and UX lead to uphold UX roadmap for NOC, Contact Centers, and BTW portfolios
- Oversee projects to completion by adhering to defined stage gates, deliverables, and approvals
- Resolve obstacles by detecting issues early, proactively proposing solutions, and escalating when necessary
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-energy environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Capability to build productive relationships with resources and dependent teams
- Demonstrated commitment to ensuring all loose ends are tied up and projects are delivered on time with expected features
- Managed concurrent projects involving cross-functional groups from planning, coordination, risk mitigation to deployment
- Show appropriate levels of urgency
- Experience with GitHub, ADO, JIRA preferred

Harvey Nash USA is on the hunt for a skilled UX Project Manager to join an enterprise Airlines Client team.
The estimated hourly wage for this role ranges from $75/hr to $80/hr on W2 basis (Depending on Experience).
