- Manage, execute, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across master data domains in North America
- Proactively identify and analyze business needs, recommending enhancements to processes and systems
- Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement in KPIs and SLAs related to cycle time and data accuracy
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to address technology and process pain points, leading projects to enhance the customer experience
- Coordinate system improvements with the IT team and translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Assist in the development and evaluation of master data system functionality, including exploring new features, configuration, testing, and implementation
- Experience in the CPG industry within various functions such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Data Management
- Advanced understanding of ERP systems in large organizations
- Familiarity with SAP Master Data and its business applications
- Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and a customer-centric approach
- Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization and multitasking skills - a proactive and customer-focused mindset
