    What's on the menu?

    • Manage, execute, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across master data domains in North America
    • Proactively identify and analyze business needs, recommending enhancements to processes and systems
    • Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement in KPIs and SLAs related to cycle time and data accuracy
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to address technology and process pain points, leading projects to enhance the customer experience
    • Coordinate system improvements with the IT team and translate business requirements into technical specifications
    • Assist in the development and evaluation of master data system functionality, including exploring new features, configuration, testing, and implementation

    Requirements:

    • Experience in the CPG industry within various functions such as Customer Service, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Data Management
    • Advanced understanding of ERP systems in large organizations
    • Familiarity with SAP Master Data and its business applications
    • Demonstrated expertise in stakeholder management and a customer-centric approach
    • Ability to simplify complex problems and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
    • Self-motivated with strong prioritization and multitasking skills - a proactive and customer-focused mindset
