    Due to our growth and success, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Transportation Engineer in our Chicago O'Hare office.** This position offers the opportunity to work on transportation and site engineering projects. Enjoy rewarding project challenges and an opportunity to become an important part of a well-established technical group.

    ****To be considered for our Transportation Engineer opportunity, we are seeking candidates who meet the following basic qualifications:****

    Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

    EIT certification required.

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing highway projects, with a majority of that experience in the Chicago Metro area. Site design experience would be viewed favorably as well.

    Experience with MicroStation is required. Civil 3D experience is desirable.

    ***As a Transportation Engineer, enjoy job duties that may include:***

    Design of highway, municipal, and site development improvements, including roadway elements, site grading, storm drainage, water main distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, and other site or public utilities.

    Preparation of local, state and federal permit applications.

    Identifying and handling compliance with regulatory agencies.

    Collaborating with design staff.
