    Job Summary:


    The Buyer's Agent at Crush Real Estate Group in Newport News will be responsible for representing and assisting clients in purchasing residential real estate properties in the Newport News area.

    This is a full-time, commission-only sales position where the individual will work independently and contribute to the overall success of the company.


    Compensation & Benefits:


    As a commission-only position, the Buyer's Agent will have the opportunity to earn uncapped income based on their sales performance.

    The individual will also have access to training, leads, database management, and resources to support their success in the role.

    Additionally, Crush Real Estate Group offers a supportive and collaborative team environment.


    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Newport News real estate market
    • Actively seek out and engage with potential clients through various channels, such as networking events, social media, and referrals
    • Assist clients in identifying their needs and desires for a residential property, and provide guidance and support throughout the buying process
    • Conduct property tours and showings with clients, providing them with information and insights about the properties
    • Negotiate and prepare offers and contracts on behalf of clients
    • Collaborate with other members of the Crush Real Estate Group team to ensure a smooth and successful buying process for clients
    • Keep uptodate with market trends and changes to local laws and regulations related to real estate in Newport News

    Requirements:

    • Active real estate license in the state of Virginia
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
    • Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills
    • Familiarity with the Newport News real estate market and current market trends
    • Selfmotivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Proficiency in using technology and social media platforms for networking and marketing purposes
