We are looking for an agent who loves to show homes.

We need someone who will fit the team. We are an energetic, client-centered, highly efficient, motivated, and enthusiastic team. We need someone who will match our speed. We have the clients - we need someone good at conversion and closing. If this sounds like you, let's talk

Responsibilities:

Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities so client questions may be answered.
Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors to help ensure a smooth process.
Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster.
Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction.

Work with buyer clients to refine their needs and wants basing on seeing homes and then show them additional homes that meet those criteria.

Qualifications:

Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.
Present yourself in a professional manner.

Salary:
$45, $125,000.00 per year
