    Overview:

    Ross Media is a leading provider of integrated automotive direct marketing and advertising solutions. Ross Media partners with over 1500 automotive dealerships across the United States, addressing complex marketing and communication needs.

    Ross Media works alongside OEM brands to ensure all our campaigns meet strict regulations set in place by co-op and compliance.

    We take care of everything from pre-approval to fulfillment, providing an itemized packet addressing all needs.

    Requirements


    The call center representativewill handle inbound & outbound phone calls from various marketing advertising sources for the automotive industry and hearing care industries.

    We set and organize appointments for events for these industries. And will follow up with customers who may be interested in attending these events.


    We offer a starting rate of $15.00 per hour, paid bi-weekly.

    Great opportunity for college students majoring in marketing and/or outside sales. Parents of school-age children are welcome to apply.

    We just moved into a new building and office environment right off of I-575 exit 7 in Woodstock, GA.

    Just behind the BJ's Store. Call center experience is a plus, customer service experience is a must. Must have a valid mode of transportation. Must have a High School Diploma or GED. Automotive experience is not necessary paid training for two weeks.


    Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Must be willing to undergo a background and drug test.

    Hours are flexible, but ideally looking for a Full Time Employee, the schedule is Mon-Fri 11am-8pm.
