- Assist with the design, development and implementation of partner specific Star Ratings workplans and initiatives to address care gaps, improve patient outcomes, and to ensure optimal performance across all partners.
- Attend partner meetings with external partners to deliver Star Ratings and ACO REACH quality performance, provide updates on execution and barriers, and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement.
- Lead quality meetings with each partner organization to review performance, refine action plans, identify barriers, and share insights.
- Partner to design and deliver Star Ratings and ACO REACH quality education to partners and internally.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and Stars performance; intervenes as needed and escalate issues where performance falls outside of expected levels.
- Perform other related responsibilities as required.
- Bachelor's degree in health administration, business, or similar field required
- 3+ years of experience with quality programs specifically ACO REACH and Star Ratings required
- Medicare Advantage experience required
- Must have reliable access to high-speed internet to ensure seamless remote work communication and productivity
- Ability to manage complex, cross-functional, and enterprise-wide projects that align with the overall quality workplan
- Comfortable and experienced with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe PDFs, experience with downloading reports and documentation from portals and SFTP sites
- Data analytics experience preferred
- Some travel required, up to 20%

Your RoleThe Star and Quality Program Manager will act as a subject matter expert on Medicare Advantage and ACO REACH quality metrics and performance strategies to drive success on supporting high-quality care for patients in Honest's partner organizations. This role will be responsible for reviewing performance data and trends, working with partner organizations to create a shared action plan, executing key tactics, and monitoring performance to ensure the partner organization achieves quality goals. The Program Manager will also partner across the quality team to design and implement solutions to achieve quality goals including quality training, direct patient outreach, and patient experience.
