- 70% emphasis on account management & creating retention business and 30% emphasis on net new business.
- Participate in training sessions to stay up to date on product knowledge, OEM, account management, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Resolve customer issues, challenges, and billing expediently and professionally.
- Meet or exceed ongoing KPI activity targets.
- Base Salary= $65-75k (based on experience)
- Variable Bonus: $20k
- $5k per quarter - commission uncapped at year-end

Job Description:
As a successful Inside Sales Account Manager, you are responsible for the satisfaction, retention, and growth of accounts (and distributors) in your book of business. You will also probe for opportunities to bring more revenue to your key accounts while building strong relationships and trust. The Inside Sales Account Manager is at the center of ensuring successful delivery, exceptional customer service, and driving commercial sales targets and expectations.
