- Process castings in heat treat ovens and quench tanks according to QA procedures, work instructions, supervisor's notes, and the production schedule
- Operate mobile equipment and cranes to move castings
- Maintain heat treat ovens, forklifts, and cranes
- Actively support and participate in the Bradken Safety Program
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Alert supervisor to any safety or quality issues needing attention
- Alert supervisor to any maintenance needs
- Recommend process improvements
- Other duties as assigned or requested
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and direct the work of others
- Ability to work with limited direct supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
- Valid Driver's License required
- Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft programs
- Prefer B&L operating system experience
- Basic mathematical skills required
