- Proficient in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting within manufacturing operations.
- Knowledgeable about current industrial electrical standards and codes.
- Ability to interpret and comprehend electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Competent in computer systems, including diagnosing issues, removing and installing motherboards, and data backup procedures.
- Lead a team of internal Maintenance Technicians and coordinate with external vendors as necessary for troubleshooting and maintenance operations.
- Willingness to tackle maintenance issues hands-on when required.
- Oversee facility and equipment preventative maintenance programs.
- Possess general machine re-build skills.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential.
