Job Tittle; Facilities Specialist

Location: Eatontown, NJ USA 07724

Duration: 12 months

· Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

· Complete assigned work orders related to maintenance of equipment, and facilities related systems.

· Supports the coordination of building space allocation and layout including setting up tables and chairs for events.

· Maintain and care for the manufacturing site by utilizing a variety of hand and power tools. Must have basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and building safety systems.

· Conduct maintenance task such as replacing light bulbs and ballasts.

· Follow company's safety program and wear proper PPE.

· Responsible for cleaning and maintenance of the process drain including handling of the Biohazard waste collected from the drains. Be flexible to change direction as per business needs.
