We are hiring: as a parental leave replacement, with the possibility of continued employment. Caregiver for a day care center (m/f/d)

Your tasks

  • You work together with us: You plan and implement daily activities for chronically mentally ill clients within the weekly schedule and accompany inclusive activities in the community
  • You are a companion: As a primary caregiver, you support clients according to their abilities and motivate them to achieve their goals
  • You are a team player: You take on organizational tasks that arise in your team, document your activities reliably, and create care plans for primary clients
  • You think in a networked way: You work closely with authorities and other cooperation partners in the best interest of the clients

Your profile

  • You have the know-how: You have completed your training as a special needs educator or educator, or have a comparable degree in the health and social sector that corresponds to a specialist in psychiatry
  • You have a clear understanding: You are familiar with current legal foundations, especially social legislation
  • You are motivated: You enjoy working
