    Atom Limbs is an innovative early-stage tech startup focused on designing and developing cutting-edge prosthetics and artificial limbs.

    With a dedicated team of 10+ industry experts, we are committed to improving the lives of people with limb loss & difference through technology.

    Our mission is to blend cutting-edge tech with practical applications, creating prosthetics that enhance mobility and comfort.

    Watch a video of our prototype arm in action Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and test electrical components and systems for advanced prosthetic devices.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrical systems with mechanical and software components. Lead and mentor junior engineers and interns in electrical engineering practices. Conduct research and implement innovative solutions for power management, signal processing, and electromechanical integration. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex engineering problems. Document design processes, analysis, and testing procedures. Preferred Skills Experience in prosthetics or wearable technology. Knowledge of battery technology and power management for portable devices. Familiarity with CAD software and simulation tools. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

    Minimum of 4 years of experience in electrical engineering, preferably in medical devices or roboticss Strong proficiency in circuit design, PCB layout, and electrical system integration.

    Experience with microcontrollers, sensors, and wireless communication technologies. Familiarity with industry standards for medical devices, such as ISO 13485 and FDA regulations. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment. BenefitsCompetitive salary and equity options.
