- Bachelors degree in related field
- 10 years of marketing experience in both B2B and with account-based marketing
- An excellent understanding of marketing functional disciplines
- Experience creating and implementing successful demand creation strategies
- Outstanding project and people management skills and the proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives in parallel
- Strong collaboration & negotiation skills, showing ability to influence without ownership, gaining support and trust across the organization to achieve agreed upon business outcomes

Job Purpose
Regional Marketing Director, Americas Responsible for developing, adapting, and executing highly effective marketing programs to increase market awareness, generate demand, accelerate pipeline, activate partners and grow sales within the Americas region.
This role will partner with key stakeholders including product management, business development, marketing services, channel marketing, sales, sales operations and legal to define and execute metrics-driven marketing activities.

The range for this position is
$176,139.00
$242,192.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position are dependent on hours worked and may include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, pension plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, and PTO.
