    Sales and Marketing Controller Professional Hygiene

    What You Will Do

    Business Analysis and Support :
    Contribute to monthly consolidation for a defined location (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
    Responsible of creating and analyzing reports in order to facilitate decision making.

    Provide support to the commercial team in understanding the financial results of each category on a monthly basis, including deviations from the planning.

    Act as the liaison between the commercial team and financial team
    Prepare information to evaluate category performance by brand, channel, and SKU.


    Financial Evaluations :
    Assess the profitability of initiatives, new accounts, new products and brand repositioning to contribute to category growth.
    Evaluate promotions.
    Review S&OP projections to provide business visibility based on the most updated scenarios among budgets.
    Conduct CAPEX evaluations for commercial initiatives that require investment, projecting IRR and cash flow for projects.


    Planning :
    Coordinate category volume delivery for planning
    Analyze and present explanatory and comparative data for the category during IOPs.
    Evaluate the entire P&L (Profit and Loss) for the category during Financial Plan and LSP (Long-Range Strategic Planning) processes.


    Reporting :
    Prepare profitability reports by brand (Strategic Report).
    Create performance reports for innovations (Innovation Report).

    Who You Are

    Academic level:
    Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related fields).

    Specialization :
    Preferably in Financial Planning.

    Experience :
    Minimum one year of experience in handling and analyzing financial information
    Intermediate to Advanced

    Excel skills.
    Advanced

    English proficiency.
