- Our client is a well-respected local construction supply company
- Looking for a positive team player who is an independent self-starter with a professional attitude
- This role will play a key part in addition to the Staff Accountant and Accounting Manager
- Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval for payment
- Process all check requests
- Initiate online banking outgoing ACH and wires
- Enter credit card transactions and reconcile firm credit cards
- Maintain vendor files
- Respond to vendor inquiries
- Prior experience as accounts payable clerk and/or routine accounting clerk
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills
