As a recruiter for the target group of specialists and executives, you are always in close and resultsoriented exchange with the HR representatives and the HR marketing team. You present the HR department confidently and serviceoriented to the outside world, combined with diplomatic skills.
What can you expect?
Coresponsibility for the recruitment of specialists and executives
Placement of job advertisements in suitable media formats in coordination with HR representatives
Proactive contact with candidates through social media channels suitable for the target group
Participation in recruitment events
Evaluation and review of application documents
Preselection through conducting interviews / assessing personal, professional, and cultural fit
Handover to HR representatives
Building a candidate pool
Creation of reports / evaluation of recruitment results

What do you bring?

Ideally, training as a bank clerk/financial assistant
Ideally, completed business studies with a focus on personnel management
Professional experience as a recruiter, preferably in the HR department of a financial service provider
Enjoyment of making contacts, building and maintaining networks
Proficient use of social media channels and active sourcing
Excellent communication skills and confident writing style for
