We are looking for security heroes in sales as insurance and financial investment specialists (m/f/d) for Concordia Security Heroes in Seeley Lake.

Our security heroes are deployed nationwide with the mission to protect people from dangers. They are always where they are needed most. Join our task force - WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU TO START YOUR TRAINING ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2024.

YOUR TASKS AS A SECURITY HERO:

You will start your training in one of our sales offices in Berlin, where you will have a dedicated contact person.


The focus is on practical experience on site:
In various Concordia insurance agencies (e.g.

Berlin, Lutherstadt Wittenberg), you will learn everything a security hero needs to know:

  • Advising people in different life situations
  • Developing solutions for the best protection
  • Providing support and assistance in case of damage.

WHAT WE OFFER:


You will receive a diverse training that will open many doors for you: As a sales professional, you can become self-employed after your training or join an existing agency.

Experienced trainers will accompany you from day one and prepare you for the final exam. We offer a high training allowance according to collective bargaining agreement, as well as attractive additional benefits. The working hours in sales can be flexibly arranged.
