    Job Description:

    We are looking for an experienced Associate Product Manager to be part of the creation of new products and features, from the initial idea to the final launch. As an Associate Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in gathering product requirements, prioritizing feature implementations, and enhancing the overall user experience. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical product knowledge and a background in Product Management or Marketing.

    • Suggest product enhancements to improve user experience
    • Collaborate with engineering and product design teams to deliver effective solutions
    • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
    • Monitor users' feedback post-launch
    • Create support and training materials for users
    • Analyze market competition
    • Provide updated market information for customer product line reviews
    • Develop a Catalog Offering for the Soft Cooler category
    • Acquire Consumer Insights for targeted product development
    • Conduct Consumer Research
    • Create detailed Product Briefs for new development projects
    • Ensure the achievement of Product Goals
    • Participate in Customer meetings and product demos
    • Develop sales tools and collateral
    • Train the sales force at Company meetings

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant industry role
    • Demonstrated success in launching consumer products
    • Strong communication skills
    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Experience in Project Management and Product Development
    • Teamwork and influencing skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office programs
    • Ability to present to Management
    • Willingness to travel when required
