    Office Hours:
    Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

    Requirements:

    • State Dental Hygiene License
    • Certification in Local Anesthesia, Laser, Nitrous Oxide (if required by the state)
    • Active CPR Certification

    • Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) License
    • CPR/BLS Certification
