Two different practice location options
Hygienists and Assistants
Mainly Adults - an array of procedures
Mainly Cash and Insurance Patients - No Medicaid
Patients / day plus Hygiene checks
4 day work week
Implant Placement, Surgical Extractions, etc.

PACKAGE:

Works on a Daily Minimum and then moves to % of Adjusted Production
PTO with Paid Holidays
