Our creator network is one of the largest ranging from top celebrities to nano creators in over 10+ languages.

We are quickly capturing wallet shares of giants such as Facebook & Google as influencers continue to become a mainstream channel for brands to drive growth and engagement amongst their target audiences.

The ultimate vision is to capture 25% of the global media ad spend by becoming the world's de-facto influencer platform.

We are already the market leader in the Asian market and are now aiming to grow 10x by consolidating the entire market spend towards our newly launched platform for advertisers.

In parallel, we aim to establish a strong presence in other global markets such as the US, Indonesia, etc.

End-to-end ownership of the entire creator supply chain
Create the company's supply chain strategy
Solve structural problems at a central level to speed up the growth of exclusive and non-exclusive supply chain business for OI
Own analytical projects to solve different types of business problems
Enable onboarding of great creators in exclusive and non-exclusive supply chains.
P&L responsible for the exclusive and non-exclusive supply chains
Make changes to the product line to increase profit margin/take rate
Streamline business and technology solutions that strengthen our partnerships while advancing our services
Work effectively in a team environment and cross-functionally with creator-side products & technology teams, engineers, Studio, Analytics & Product
Define the digital supply chain roadmap, gain alignment across multiple key stakeholders, and execute goals.
Institutionalize order delivery norms and set centralized processes for the category
Collaborate with cross-functional internal partners in marketing, technology, and product to execute multiple category and central-level projects
Work with the marketing team to generate customer orders and improve demand
Analyze data or insights to determine industry and consumer trends
Devise long-term development strategies for the increase in creator supply
Devise long-term development strategies to solve for pricing, and setting industry standards with supply-exclusive and non-exclusive supply chains.
Determine the positioning of creators to maximize visibility
Liaise with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities of a category

Price Management:

Price management of the creators so one remains competitive in the market, which would include negotiations with the creators and replacing the ones that fail to provide a competitive price.

Category Analytics:
Proficient in data and analytics to identify growth areas and execute.
