Join Our Team as an Assistant Fitness Program Manager at Aquila!
Aquila's Assistant Fitness Program Manager supports the Fitness Program Manager in various fitness and administrative tasks. This role involves coordinating and overseeing operations and staff at a single location to ensure smooth fitness operations and excellent customer service for members. The position offers a pay rate of $24.04/hour, equating to $50,000 annually, with additional personal training commissions at 40% during regular working hours. Workdays are Monday to Friday (no weekends) with 8-hour shifts between 6 a.m. to 2 p.m., 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., and 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. on alternate days. Candidates must be available to work these shifts on any weekday.
