Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the provision and maintenance of safe, operable, and cost-effective rotating equipment to meet site requirementsPrioritize and manage machinery-related projects, enhancing plant reliability and operational efficiencyCollaborate with cross-disciplinary teams including operations and mechanical personnel to optimize equipment performanceSpecify and approve new rotating equipment adhering to industry and corporate standardsConduct technical training sessions for operations and mechanical teams to elevate their proficiency with rotating equipmentEnsure quality assurance and control on both onsite and offsite equipment repairsOversee vendor activities related to major machine repairs, ensuring compliance with standardsRegularly assess the performance of rotating equipment, initiating improvementsProvide critical support during plant start-ups, shutdowns, and operational disturbances
RequirementsExperience and Qualifications:
