Designer / Design Engineer Automotive (m/f/d) - Florence, United States - Quantum Ventures
Description
Your tasks:
- Concept development and design of automotive components (e.g. wiring systems, plastic components, seats, etc.) or operating equipment, systems, tools, etc.
- Coordination of technical requirements with customers and suppliers
- Preparation of parts lists and drawings according to current DIN and ISO standards
- Timely completion of development work, including necessary documentation
- Collaboration with other engineering departments
Your qualifications:
- Completed degree in mechanical engineering, technician (m/f/d), or equivalent education
- Experience in mechanical or electrical design preferred
- Knowledge of CAD systems such as Catia V5 / NX / AutoCAD / Solid Works / Creo / Inventor / Solid Edge is advantageous
- Independent and motivated work ethic
- Good command of German and English
