  • Central point of contact for the customer and their employees
  • Quality and performance control as well as optimization of operational processes
  • Acquisition, quotation preparation, calculation of maintenance and operator orders
  • Coordination of subcontractors and own employees
  • Preparation of documentation and reporting as well as warranty tracking

  • Technician or master in the field of supply (heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing) or electrical engineering or completed vocational training as a systems mechanic for HVAC or electrician
  • Relevant experience as an object manager or in a comparable position within technical facility management
  • Basic understanding of business administration
  • Proficient in using common MS Office programs
