Job Description:


  • Write clear, persuasive, and articulate proposal
  • Provide estimates for complete remodeling, Renovation, new construction new build for commercial and Government construction
  • Rewrite and review proposal sections and relevant proposal documents
  • Ability to read and interpret specifications and bid instructions. Bid must include a comprehensive "take off" of materials included in the job, labor, buyout items, and equipment costs. Machineries.
  • Analyze RFP requirements; Ensure RFP compliance; Perform in a timesensitive environment.
  • Doing market research, finding RPF/ Solicitation and project bids information from the govemental and private company website
  • Analyze bid and solicit and RFP requirement and compare to the company data in order to find eligible RFP based on the company strength
  • Evaluating specifications, drawings, scope documents and other bid package information to make sure that all the information needed to develop an accurate and competitive estimate and proposal and win the project is known and understood.
  • Prepare Estimate, Proposal for bid
  • Lead management
  • Ability to read and understand Blue Print, Using Software quantity takeoff
  • Determining material costs and labor costs for full scope of remodeling project
  • Meet with customers to develop longterm relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
  • Follow through on leads provided by the company
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to measure sizes and collect field data to support estimates of time, cost, materials, and labor required to repair, remodel, or commercial Project
  • Locate and follow up with potential open bid projects

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Plan, direct and coordinate bid activities
  • Write detailed quotations and Proposal
  • Attend prebid meetings and walkthroughs.
  • Break down projects into functional stages.
  • Resource subcontractors, materials and equipment.
  • Locate and follow up with potential open bid projects

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local customer base.
  • Required to visit the sites of homes.
  • Accepting (Inbound/Outbound) calls for potential clients in regard to providing accurate estimates.
  • Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Establish positive client relationships
- deliver projects estimate on time, under budget achieving highest level of client satisfaction and quality.

  • Review contract, subcontracts, and drawings for content and accuracy.
  • Order material with accurate takeoffs and ensure timely deliver to job site.
  • Review invoices for accuracy and for timely accurate payment.
  • Visit job sites to review progress, provide solutions and/or forward concerns to appropriate parties,
  • Seek and support hiring of qualified personnel to meet our goal
  • Ensure proper permits and licenses for all jobs have been obtained and are continually maintained.

Requirements:


  • 35 years of experience writing Federal/government proposals.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
  • Experience responding to solicitations from Federal Government clients.
  • Experience competing for and winning Government services.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Ability to multitask and keep projects on subcontractor schedule.
  • Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally (must have driver's license)
  • Passionate about teamwork and confidentiality.
