- Support the development and launch of a mobile training app; support the rollout of a digital work management tool; update online training content. This will entail analyzing customer needs and determine how our digital solutions can meet those needs
- New college graduate with a positive attitude - Bachelor (or Master's degree) in Business, Marketing, or Engineering with a strong inclination towards working in commercial programs selling and servicing customers

Job Purpose
During the Commercial Graduate Rotational Program, candidates will receive on-the-job training across diverse assignments in different business areas for three 9-month rotations.
After each rotation, participants will have the opportunity to be deployed to another site within AkzoNobel in the United States.
At the end of the graduate program, based on readiness and performance, participants will be assigned a final role in discussion with the Regional Commercial Leaders from their host sites.
