    Description

Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus, and strong computer skills are a must.

    Job Title: Driver Recruiter at TCI

    • Run weekly BIT/Opacity reports on unit statuses
    • Create unit location spreadsheets for maintenance schedules
    • Coordinate with customers for Preventative Maintenance appointments
    • Assign work orders to team/fleet-techs for services
    • Review and update incoming work orders
    • Assist in yard checks to ensure unit maintenance
    • Coordinate services with outside vendors and Rental department
    • Process work orders and maintain service intervals
    • Identify potential service breakdowns with Service Manager
    Requirements:
    • Assist shop Supervisor(s) with phone calls and service dispatch
    • Cover shop counter during Supervisor's absence
    • Flexibility to cover shop needs
    • Assist in closing work orders
    • Cover parts counter and manage parts inventory
